An aqueous solution of steroid nanotubes is deposited on a standard surf. The nanotubes are 50 nm-diameter hollow cylinders. Sarfus allows imaging nanotubes directly, following their behavior upon solvent evaporation and characterizing their length polydispersity. (Scale bar: 50µm) |
