NEW PRODUCT: a unique Surf for your observations in water AND in air.

In order to answer a growing number of demands from customers and to address new markets, Nanolane’s R&D department has developed a new Surf extending its solution for the visualization of nano-objects and thin films to the water environment.

This new product benefits from all the advantages of the Surfs for the observation in air and in the same time is particularly relevant for applications in immersion like life science, polyelectrolyte or patterning.

This new Surf for both visualizations in air and in water is high sensitive: for instance it can perform visualisation of 2D nano-objects down to Ø 2 nm. Moreover, as the equipment is based on an optical microscope, the parallel acquisition enables rapid defect visualization with a large field of view. It is fast processing and user friendly. Sarfus is probably the fastest equipment for the investigation of the nanoworld in liquid environment.

The Surfs’ range is now composed of several Surfs for the visualization and measurement in air environment and of this new solution for both visualizations in air and in water.

Nanolane also proposes contract services on demand for the customization of Surfs with specific top layer to address any particular needs its customers may have. The development and production of special Surfs in that case are handled by Nanolane in close partnership with the client to determine the best solution for the different applications encountered.

Nanolane is currently working on a quantitative solution for measurement in water environment, to complete the new visualization and detection solution offered with this new Surf, which should be available in the following months.
