The Surf range for observation in air includes :

>>
 Standard Surf:
the most convenient surf for film or object visualization in air. Its surface shows SiO2/SiOH terminal groups to simulate microscope slide surface.
>>
 Hydrophobic Surf :
displays the same optical properties than standard surf but its surface displays hydrophobic behaviour. Convenient for observation of hydrophobic or amphiphilic samples.
>>
 Patterned Surf :
Standard surfs displaying surface structure to facilitate objects localisation before using AFM, profilometer, SIMS, XPS, IR …analysis.
>>
 Calibration Standard :
Standard surf displaying nanometric steps (0 – 50 nm). For the calibration procedure during sarfusoft analysis.
