Ionic strength sensitive polymer brushes are deposited on an Immersion Surf. The pattern consists of 10 micron wide lines of brushes, separated by 10 micron bare surface. Without any labelling, a Sarfus optical observation allows imaging directly the pattern of polymer brushes and its quality transfer (thickness of the pattern: 75 nm).
