Protein microarray of PLL-g-PEG biotin is obtained by microcontact printing on a Standard Surf. Chips are observed and measured in air.
The mean thicknesses values are around 5.7nm. An interaction with streptavidin is performed. Then the sample is washed and dried in order to be characterized in air after interaction.
The measurements show an increase of chips thickness. The growth is about 1.3nm. As the measurements are done in air, this value is weaker than values obtained mostly in liquid environment.
