A pattern of octyl-trisiloxane (OTS) monolayer is deposited on an Immersion Surf by soft-lithography process. The pattern is observed in real-time in water. The measurement of the layer thickness is 2.0 nm (2.5 nm before optical index correction) and is in accordance with values in literature. |
