|
Graphene oxide sheets were deposited on a Standard Surf by Langmuir-Blodgett process. Rapid analysis of the surface allows the detection of isolated single graphene sheets. Optical thickness measurement of single oxide graphene sheet is 4.8nm. Considering an optical index N=1.71+0.18i, the equivalent real thickness is 0.2nm, which is in accordance with values in the literature. |
