A PS-PMMA copolymer solution is spin-coated on a standard Surf. After annealing (1h at 180°C), a microstructuration of the copolymer occurs. Sarfus analysis allows the determination of the hole and peak thicknesses (53 and 86nm, respectively) as well as the hole and peak area percentages on the surface (38 and 62%, respectively) . Following the in situ microstructuration could be done using an hot-plate on microscope stage. |
